To design and prototype two N95 grade reusable facemasks to help prevent the spread of airborne diseases.

The project was done during the covid 19 pandemic, as you might assumed already.

Something nice about this project, was that I learnt how to use a sewing machine. It is hard, and I have not practiced since, regardless it is a nice skill to have. Highly applicable.

I also learnt that it is possible to make a 3D scan of a body part to then use in CAD. The 3D scan will likely be a big file that takes a lot of computer resources, so it must be handled with care.
